Richard Perez and Richard Thode, owners and authors of Identity Theft Recovery, are retired law enforcement officers with a combined total of 45 years of law enforcement experience. Both worked for the Internal Revenue Service Internal Security Division, which is now known as the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. They have extensive investigative and supervisory experience in dealing with Identity Theft, specifically as it relates to the IRS. Both have worked on multi-agency law enforcement task forces that dealt with multi-jurisdictional issues, as well as Identity Theft. They have used their knowledge and expertise to develop a concise and simple automated Identity Theft Kit that will help all consumers.
